For larger financial institutions CCI will:

• Reengineer processes and software
• Develop programs, practices and procedures to rectify unsatisfactory quality ratings
• Assist in modifying or developing new services or upgrading existing services

CCI will partner with mid-sized to smaller banks to:

• Evaluate the current and future needs of your corporate customer base
• Recommend services for implementation
• Implement deposit system based services
• Identify Third Party service providers and evaluate offerings
• Assist in the development of interfaces required to support Third Party service providers
• Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
• Test all services and interfaces
• Train both your operations and customer contact staff
• Develop and implement service standards and objectives
• Recommend other support services as required
• Assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies
• Evaluate the quality of existing services and identify opportunities for improvement
