Gene CooneyGene Cooney has extensive financial services experience to include over 34 years of hands-on Check Processing, Deposit, Cash Management, Loan Operations, Electronic Banking, Branch Office, Fraud and Embezzlement experience. He has also consulted with insurance and investment management companies. He held senior management positions at two of the 50 largest banks in America at the time and has consulted with over 50 financial services organizations with assets from $200 million to $500 billion. Litigation support experience includes several cases involving amounts at issue between $50 and $130 million.

Nearly all thrifts outsource their software and transaction processing to Third Parties. All of Mr. Cooney's management and most consulting experience involved applications housed entirely within the financial institutions. This enables him to better follow most transactions from their inception to completion and understand the related software and processing routines.
